Rubedo is a South African based dietary supplement product that is readily available online.

I have previously used Phen375 but there is the difficulty of importing Phen375 from the USA (South Aricans are not alowed to order product from overseas unless a permit has been obtained).

I decided to give the South African product Rubedo a test.

Well I was really truly surprised to discover that even though Rubedo costs just under half the price of Phen375 the results that I achieved were very comparable to those that I attained when I was using what is reputed to be the strongest fat burner on the market - Phen375.

How Rubedo Works

I have had many people asking me if Rubedo is the South African copy of Phen375. No!

Rubedo is a totally different product to Phen375 and contains a mixture of essential amino acids and vitamins as well as stimulants.

L-Phenylananine is the main active ingredient. This amino acid is a precursor to the hormone Tyrosine which is then converted to Dopamine and Norepinephrine. These 2 neurotransmitters help to elevate mood, enhance memory and to suppress the appetite.

L-Tyrosine is important for your overall metabolism. Tyrosine attaches to active iodine atoms to form active thyroid hormones. We all know just how much your thyroid is able to affect your weight.

The combination of "B" group vitamins helps to prevent deficiencies in this vital group of vitamins which play a role in metabolism and overall health.

Combined with the above is a small dose of Caffeine and Chromium to round off the product.

Do I need to exercise and diet with Rubedo.

Exercise and your diet do play a major part in weight gain. When seeking to lose weight it is always advisable to increase your exercise to improve calorie burning and to reduce your calorie intake through a calorie restrictive diet plan.
